Cancellation Policy

At Buckinghamshire Therapy, we understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged at the full session fee. This policy allows us to offer the appointment time to other clients who may be waiting for support.

If you are unable to attend due to exceptional circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible and we will consider each situation individually.
